feat. Jordan Clarkson
Photograhy Jerry Buttles

This campaign is a celebration of movement—whether it’s a mindful moment of focus or an explosive burst of action. It's an invitation to explore how our gear supports physical, mental, and social self-expression.

Team Canada Strategy, Visual Identity, Athlete Kits and Visual Language

Transformation is embedded within the visual identity in the form of movement that captures the natural uniqueness of our national symbol – the maple leaf – as it undergoes metamorphosis, shifting shape and changing colour throughout its growing season.

lululemon’s women-first footwear shifted the starting line, so that women could shift the finish line. The comfort of a women-first fit means a further run. And a further run means a greater reward. Because just past the point of wanting to stop waits complete and utter euphoria.

Athletics Canada Identity
✏️ D&AD Shortlist

We’ve got some of the world’s fastest runners. We’ve got some of the highest jumpers. The strongest throwers. But we’re Canadian. And that means we have a hard time being boastful. We’re polite. But as our athletes step onto the world stage, not one of them will go unnoticed. This is Canada’s time to shine. This is where we stop hoping, stop apologizing. And start creating a stage for our athletes to win.

‘Speechless’ with Carly Fleischmann Identity
✏️ D&AD Wood Pencil

Carly Fleischmann is a 21-year-old woman with severe non-verbal autism. To show others that people with autism are capable of amazing achievements, Carly set out to become the world’s first non-verbal talk show host. She named the show Speechless with Carly Fleischmann, reflecting the viewer’s reaction as much as her own condition. The branding for “Speechless” is based on an impression of the keyboard strokes she makes to say the show's name out loud.
